Please add your details below and we will configure your CRM account for your business. TIMEFRAME: If we are completing a CRM setup only (not combined with other projects like ad management, Facebook setup, etc.,) please allow approximately 4 - 6 business days. We usually are able to complete projects faster than our estimated timeline, and that is always our goal. We will be in touch very soon, and thank you for choosing RE Marketing Machine.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before starting the form, it is essential to gather these specific items:

  • EIN Letter

  • Headshot (clear and front-facing)

  • Logo (if you have one)

  • Facebook Business Name and Page Link

  • Your domain provider login and password (used for setting up your email and/or your website and landing page) e.g. the company where you purchased your business URL - www.mybusinessdomain.com.

Business Address (On the Contact Us page on your website, we can have your business address displayed. If you do not want to have your street address we can leave that off and just display the city & state otherwise if you prefer to not have anything we can do that. Please indicate below what address you would like to appear on your contact us website page. If you don't want an address at all please type NONE) *

A2P Brand and Campaign Verification

The major phone companies require that your Business (known as a 'brand') be submitted, and approved or 'verified' along with submitting a sample of the type of campaign that you will be submitting.

This is one of the many processes that we provide as part of your set up with REI Software. The third party verification company charges a fee of $20.95 (as of Nov. 2023) and we do not mark this fee up in any way.

The amount that is charged to your credit card on file for this process is paid directly to the verification company that represents TMobile, AT&T, and Verizon.


We can help you submit your account for the A2P Brand and Campaign Registration. If you are registering an LLC, please share with us a copy of your EIN letter so we can update the information needed for the registration.
